Through the SPIDER project we have trained 623 civil servants in service design at over 26 workshops across Europe.
Design-led innovation is a relatively new approach for many public authorities. Since 2013 we have trained over 600 civil servants across Europe in service design methods and management processes.
These service design tools have enabled civil servants to better scope projects, frame challenges, elicit information and prioritise activity. In addition, service design tools can also be used for project ideation when thinking about new ways of working outside of existing structures.
You can download a case study on all the workshops we have run over the project here. If you want to get in touch about running a workshop in the future please drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
