SPIDER partners from PDR and NWRA be taking part and hosting a session around ‘Supporting Public Service Innovation Using Design in European Regions’.

Our presentation will hopefully spark debate about the management of service design projects within government and will cover the following areas;

  • If service design is an established innovation method, then what are the skills and capabilities required to successfully manage a service design project?
  • Based on what we have seen on The SPIDER Project what have we learnt about the management of service design projects. Do we need to recognise the management of service design differently to other disciplines?

We look forward to sharing and reflecting upon our work and kick starting a debate.

If you would like to see a full agenda for the event or book a ticket you can visit the Service Design in Government 2015 website.
